QUALIFICATION:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Oversees the activities in his assigned work area of responsibility.

· Monitors the usage and preparation of food items to ensure quality and quantity.

· Monitors the usage of ingredients and maintains quality control in the kitchen.

· Checks on available stocks of food items needed in the kitchen.

· Ensures the efficient preparation of all orders to dispatcher and while maintaining standard quality and quantity.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Directly reports to the Branch Manager.
· Oversees the dining area and ensures service is carried out according to prescribed standards.
· Inspects cleanliness in the dining area, table set-up, and mis-en-place preparations.
· Checks the servers station for par stock requirements and makes requisitions as necessary.
· Makes the necessary preparations ensures all needed supplies are available, clean, and in good condition (e.g. flatware, glassware, chinaware, water pitchers, etc.)
· Checks requirements for banquets to ensure availability and installation.
· Checks daily attendance of dining personnel and prepares reports regularly.
· Conducts staff inspections daily and briefings on a weekly basis.
· Preparing of monthly work schedules. Orients and trains new dining personnel on work methods, attitudes, and standards of performance and behavior.
